1.  Remove light bulb sockets from back of tail section 2.  Plug one 1157 connector in the right side and use the left side to run the yellow turn signal wires inside tail section. 3.  Connect one yellow wire each to one positive turn signal wire using the provided red connectors. 4.  Use provided o-ring to secure LED board on the two poles. 5.  Use either the provided resistors or the optional flasher unit if you wish to slow down the blinking rate.

1.  Remove red lens.  Using a sharp knife or razor blade, carefully cut the two ridges on both poles 1 inch long. (Shown in the circles above).  2.  Drill two small holes as shown above so the two yellow wires can pass through the housing.  3.  Connect one yellow wire each to one positive turn signal wire using the provided red connectors.   4.  Use provided o-ring to secure LED board on the two poles. 5.  Use either the provided resistors or the optional flasher to slow

1.  Remove socket and wires from inside taillight as shown in photo.  2.  Connect wire from LED board:  Black - ground / Green - brake / Red - running. 3.  Connect the yellow wires each to one positive turn signal wires. (One per side).  Use flasher unit to slow down blinking rate

1.  Remove red lens.    2.  Mount chrome cylinder using the provided (Self Taping) screws.  Make sure the outer two mounting holes are positioned diagonally as shown by the large circles in the above photo.  Drill two small holes in the taillight housing so the two yellow wires can pass through the housing.  3.  Mount LED board to the chrome ring using the screws.  4. Connect one yellow wire each to one positive turn signal wire using the provided red connectors.  Use flasher unit to slow down blinking rate.

1.  Remove chrome inner housing plate. 2.  Connect wires: Black wire - Brown wire; Red wire - Black wire; Green wire - Yellow wire. 3. Connect yellow wires to the positive turn signal wire. Negative wire not needed. Install LED board . 4.  To slow down blinking rate use provided resistors or optional flasher unit.

1.  Remove your lens.  2. Drill two (2) small holes through the chrome inner plate so the two yellow wires can pass through the back of taillight.  3.Connect the yellow wires to the positive turnsignal wires.  4. Use O-ring to secure LED board to the poles of the lens. 5.  If you wish to slow down blinking rate, use flasher unit

1.  Install new taillight.  2.  Plug in connector for taillight.  3.Connect the yellow wires to the positive turn signal wires.  4.  If you wish to slow down blinking rate, use provided resistors or optional flasher unit

Wiring diagram:      Black wire (Negative) / Green wire (Brake wire) / Red wire (Running wire)

Connect the yellow wires to the positive turn signal wires using provided red connectors or alternately use your existing factory connectors.  Ground wire is not needed unless you are using resistors to slow down the blink rate.  (The ground wire is the same color wire used on both turn signals).

To slow down the blinking rate use provided resistors.
1.  Connect one end of the resistor to the ground wire on your turn signal harness from your bike
2.  Connect the other end of the resistor to both the YELLOW wire from our taillight and the positive turn signal wire from your turn signal harness from your bike.
3.  Repeat the same process for the other side.

To use the red connectors, place one wire inside along one channel, place another wire inside along the other channel.  Push down the metal pin as it will make a small cut on each wire, bridging the connections.  If you are using the resistors, place one end of the resistor in the middle of either channel along with the one wire.

Note:  You can use an electrical variable load flasher.  These flashers are sold for $14.99.  Click here for instructions on how to install.
Resistors are not needed if you choose to use the variable load flashers.
